Charming apartment with 2 bedrooms and living room, located on an upper floor with elevator, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or with friends. Quiet and very bright, it has a green environment and exposure to the sun for the majority of the day. Within a 5 to 10 minute walk, you would have access to: - Banks of the Seine for your walks and jogging - Rueil 2000 business district - Public transport: RER A (ideal for visiting Paris and providing direct access to La Défense, Les Champs Elysées, Châtelet, Opéra, Gare de Lyon and Disneyland) and several Bus lines. The Golf de Rueil-Malmaison is a 5-minute drive away while the Palace of Versailles is 17 minutes away. In the immediate vicinity, shops (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, etc.), and free parking spaces Housing : Recently renovated accommodation ideal for 4 people (2 double beds with good quality bedding). 2 sofa beds are also available which can serve as an additional extra sleeping office. The entrance leads to: a living room with 2 sofas and a dining area opening onto a pretty balcony (ideal for smokers), large screen TV, fiber optic wifi ideal for teleworking. 2 bedrooms equipped with large closets with mirrors and safe. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed and a desk/dressing table. Bedroom 2 has another double bed. An equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, oven, toaster, four microwaves, Nespresso machine, kettle. A bathroom with washing line, shower and WC. and equipped with a hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are provided The residence has a basketball court and a ping-pong table accessible free of charge.
