Our agency exists since 2008. We manage 200 apartments and are the specialist of Le Marais. We are doing short term rental apartment from 2 days to one year. The agency is offering you high standard studio or apartments with one, two, three or four bedrooms, renovated and fully equipped.

One bedroom apartment, 39 square meters on the ground floor in a very exclusive and quiet area. The apartment is coming with: - an open and modern kitchen with fridge, cook top, dish washer, oven, micro wave coffee maker, teapot, toaster, dish and utensil needed. - a living room with a dining area completed by a table and four chairs, a sofa with a pull out bed for one adult, a coffee table, a TVHD, a DVD player, an Ipod speaker and free Internet connexion. - a bedroom queen size bed (160 x 200cm) and a dressing - a bathroom with a n Italian shower, a bath sink, a washing machine, a dryer, a hairdryer and a WC. Towels and linens are provided.
