## The space On the second floor without lift. You enter the 35 m2 living room with a dining table and a lounge area equipped with two sofas, a flat screen and a coffee table. Very bright space thanks to the two large windows. A sliding door leads to the kitchen, which is fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes and utensils. A large work surface makes moments in the kitchen pleasant, and 4 chairs allow you to sit down for breakfast or a meal in small group. The "night" space is composed of 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king size bed, a large dressing room and a desk, a bedroom with two single beds and a dressing room, and a bedroom with a bunk bed, a large closet and a desk (comfortable armchair ideal for telecommuting). Finally, you will find in the bathroom a spacious shower cubicle, a towel dryer, a washing machine and the WC. Linen, sheets, towels (one per person), bath mats and dish towels are provided. Free and unlimited Wifi. ## Guest access Free parking spaces in the surrounding streets, pay parking in front of the apartment, underground parking at Les Halles (pay parking). ## The neighborhood 2 minute walk to the tram and several bus stops. All amenities are within 300m: bakery, Monoprix, Coccimarket, restaurants, fast food, bars (Plumereau square)... Reach the most important places of Tours in less than 10 minutes on foot: the rue Nationale and its numerous stores, the Plumereau square (6 min on foot), the castle of Tours, the Cathedral, the guinguette (outside bar from the end of May to the end of September), the place des Halles (8 min on foot, oldest market of Tours on Wednesdays and Saturdays)... A real central base in Touraine, drive around and discover the main castles of the area: Amboise (30 minutes), Chenonceau (40 minutes), Azay-le-Rideau (30 minutes), Villandry (30 minutes), Chambord (50 minutes). Activities in Touraine : walking or cycling along the Loire, canoeing on the Cher river, hot air ballooning above Chenonceau, visiting the ZooPark of Beauval... ## Getting around A10 freeway at 6 min (exit 21). Many buses and trams (Fil Bleu network) close to the apartment.
