In the heart of the 12th arrondissement, this cosy apartment of 50 m² has all the facilities necessary for a pleasant stay in Paris. It can accommodate up to 3 people and is ideal for a family. Have a nice stay! ## Logement Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor of a Duplex with separate entrance, the accommodation comprises: - a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, - a bathroom with bathtub, - a fully equipped and functional kitchen, - and a salon. You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Nespresso Coffee Machine, TV, washing machine, Wifi. The apartment is close to Dugommier and Daumesnil metro stations. A “MONOPRIX” supermarket is a two-minute walk away for your everyday shopping. Sites of interest near the accommodation: - Jardin de Reuilly (5 minutes walk), - Place de la Nation (17 min walk), - Place de la Bastille (14 minutes by metro), - and Pantheon (25 minutes by metro).
