Property information

This spacious 4-room flat with three separate bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a bunk bed - perfect for children - with double and single bed) and two new bathrooms (WC, washbasin, shower or shower tray, washing machine) is located on the second floor of an apartment block in the centre of Steibis. With an area of 110m², the flat is of high quality, modern but cosy. A special highlight is the south-west facing balcony with panoramic views on three sides, which is why it bears the name. From here you can experience the sunrise in the morning and enjoy it until late afternoon. The village shop for your daily shopping is just a few minutes' walk away. The fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and two coffee machines (Senseo and Nespresso) is rounded off by a dishwasher. The OberstaufenPLUS offer (free cable car rides, ski pass, bus transfer, adventure pool, e-bikes) ensures an all-round carefree holiday. The accommodation is ideal for the whole family. A linen set (bed linen, hand and shower towels) can be booked as an option.
