Modern apartment with balcony and lake view for 4 persons. The loft is renovated in autumn 2015 and with 80 m2 large and the modern apartment is decorated in a modern style. This holiday apartment is distributed over 2 floors and is characterized by its tasteful and very good quality. From almost every single room you have a direct view of the beautiful Möhnesee. The modern apartment has the following facilities: Living room with 2 couch / sofa (with lake view) Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all important kitchen utensils Dining room with large dining table, 4 chairs and baby highchair (with lake view) 1 bathroom consisting of shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror (with lake view) 1 bathroom comprising bath, sink, toilet, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror (1st floor) 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (180x200); each with 1 bedroom (has the upper bedrooms have direct sea view) on one floor Cable / sat TV WLAN Babybed & Babychair Balcony furniture (seasonal) Electric Grill Ironing Board & Iron Our modern apartment is a non smoking apartment. Animals are not allowed.
Es ist mir jedes Mal eine große Freude meine Gäste in unserer schönen Ferienwohnung zu empfangen.
In der unmittelbaren Umgebung unserer Ferienwohnung liegen verschieden Yachtschulen, Restaurants oder die Möhnesee-Schiffsanlegestelle. 2 Kilometer weiter über den See hinüber breitet sich in all seiner Vielfalt der Arnsberger Wald aus. Es gibt dort wunderschöne Radwege, Wanderwege oder für die Mountainbiker anspruchsvolle Trails.
