No tea or coffee or kettle in room which is the fist time going to hotel that it’s has happened, bed was not changed and we were there for 6days, only think that was done bin emptied a couple of times and clean towels a couple of time, floor not hoovered at all and reception didn’t speak you after you booked in. Certainly will not be staying again. We are both vey disappointed

Not the biggest German city, but with a nice shopping heart...
Not the biggest German city, but with a nice shopping heart in the heart of town with some nice places to grab a bite Hamm is pleasant and quiet to stay. Just a 20 minute train ride to tourist infested Münster, so easy to stay in a quiet place and than dive into the busy cities in the Ruhrgebiet such as Münster or Dortmund.

Hotel at autobahn car stop. Though we can see many cars passing by our hotel room window at highspeed, it’s surprisingly quiet. Standard but clean hotel room. No carpets and that’s what I like! Parking possible either at the car stop or when arriving from the other direction going through the village of Rhynern. It’s at the very very end behind some small forest.
Absolute disgrace. I specified I would need one room for an adult and 2 children. No such room was available meaning I had to compromise the safety of the children by making them sleep in a hotel that also hosts a seedy casino. A train line runs directly outside the window of the hotel, noise was ridiculous the whole room would shake
The hotel itself, location of the hotel, amenities! The reception and staff are very friendly and willing to help whatever you are asking them! We enjoyed staying overnight. I would definitely recommend the hotel!
