We had a separate bed instead of a foldable coach we initially booked, which was very nice and saved us quite the hassle. The bathroom was very comfortable and the shower very hot. Is was a deal on booking.com in the high season, so we basically expected a minimal room.

Willingen has changed a lot In 1980-83 I was here nearly every Wedensday and Saturday Skiing. There is a lot more to do and see in Willingen. The hiking trails are great there are a lot of Mountain bike trails as well. One small point if you want to eat at one of the more well known resataurants at 19.00 make sure you reserve a table the day before.

Willingen is always nice in the summer. Everywhere you go there is something to see or to do.. you hop from one small village to the next. You can do plenty of walking and there are a million photo opportunities.

Loved the wellness facilities, location and staff. Evening meal was a little disappointing, breakfast was good. Loved the coffee thermos on our table. The room had a great bathroom and plenty radiator to dry wet ski Cleo thing however there was a window in our room facing a communal court yard and recreation area but no curtain and we were constantly overlooked. Without the evening meals which we had taken off, the hotel offers less value for money as hoped for.
Property and facilities are fine, well kept and spotless clean, some would consider it a bit dated, some would call it vintage. Location is convenient, along a main road, easy to find and 10 min from Willingen ski slopes. The crew running the hotel are superb, very friendly, personal and service oriented - staying open to make sure we could check-in and providing a quality breakfast with good scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, bread, you name it!

Nice hotel in good location. Breakfast was great and the pool/spa facilities are amazing value. Both pool and all the spa facilities are free which is incredible considering there are numerous different saunas etc. In summer the hotel was quite empty, in winter it could be quite busy. Kids corner is great as well even though most toys are broken and pieces missing.
Me and my friend where not well enough prepared in terms of corona registrations et cetera. The front office staff was very kind and helpful and guided us through the process of getting things right. Awesome. The rooms was a little outdated, but nevertheless very comfy. Dinner was good, with a variety in choices. The pool was nice for some relaxation after skiing.
The apartment was big, clean and comfortable. The apartment felt private with a separate entrance. The location is perfect for skiing. It's about a 7 minute drive to Willingen and 25 minutes to Winterberg. After a cold day skiing the apartment felt nice and warm. Also the supermarket is 2 minutes by foot and a few restaurants are 5 minutes by foot.
It felt like a home. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans so cooking dinner was enjoyable. The couch was really comfortable to relax on after a long day of sauerland activities. The Meinecard plus is a great benefit it gives a lot of discounts/free entrances and is essentially a list of close by activities to go and do.
Exceptional Stay! The apartment hotel surpassed expectations—warm, impeccably clean, and delightfully cozy. High-speed internet added to the comfort, while the delicious breakfast and seamless check-in/out made for a truly enjoyable experience.Will definitely come back again.
