Our apartment on the second floor of our historic house is the perfect vacation accommodation for up to 4 people. On 60 square meters wooden floor with mainly high ceilings you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation: an open kitchen-dining area with a sleeping couch, a lofty combined living/ bedroom with a king size bed, a modern bathroom with shower and a cozy balcony (garden view, southbound). We have renovated this attic apartment in spring-summer 2022 and preserved historic-rustic elements, creating a charming contrast to the clean interior style. On the balcony you can enjoy the early morning fresh air and sun light and close the day with peaking through the trees to catch a glimpse of the glittering waters of Lake Constance. The historic house from 1900 is located in Fischbach, a suburb of Friedrichshafen, directly next to the Bodensee Radweg. Our apartment is perfect for couples or families alike as it perfectly suits up to 4 people. Business travelers are welcome of course, too. For young families we are happy to provide you with a baby crib, high chair or kitchen utensils and the like.

About your host: We loved to travel the world - now we love to welcome you at our home here at beautiful Fischbach, Lake Constance, Germany. We are a family of 5: Mom Christine, Dad Georg, Kids Len, Nava and Baby Jule. Originally from Worms, we were living at various places and countries for more than a decade. Since we are passionate outdoor lovers we decided that we would like to live close to the Alps and discovered this incredible region around the northern shore of Lake Constance. With Fischbach we have found our homebase and enjoy living here every minute. It is an honor for us to live in this scenic landscape and try to preserve the beauty of it. We intend to making this inspiring region even more accessible to others via offering travel opportunities at our home.

Quiet and yet central, our appartment is only 400 meters / 5min from Germany's most famous lake. In our neighbourhood there are bakeries, supermarkets, bars, restaurants. After a short drive (car/bus/bike) you will reach Friedrichshafen with numerous stores, restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors. Prepare your bikes and hop on the "Bodensee Radweg" in front of our carport. Jump into Lake Constance at one of the many accessible beaches or numerous "Strandbaeder", take a SUP, boat or ferry to simply enjoy the glittering water, leverage the cultural, culinary attractions and museums around or go for family adventures (hiking, adventure parks, farms). Our apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring the surrounding area. The bus stop is only a minute away, same as several biking paths. We have already included visitor's tax in our prices (applicable in Friedrichshafen starting 1/1/2023). In return you are granted the "ECHT Bodensee Card" with numerous discounts and free public transport (as of 1/1/2023).
