The apartment is newly renovated (2021). It is bright and friendly and is located in a quiet, fairly central street. There are 2 ZKB with laminate flooring or tiles on 38 square meters. A parking space is available. * Living room: Smart TV / radio, Blu-ray player, sofa, armchair, living room table, highboard with wine and beer glasses, books, games collection, dining room table with 3 chairs and cupboard with dishes * Bedroom: double bed (160 x 200), side tables, cupboard, clothes dryer, chair * Kitchen: Dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, SodaStream, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, electr. Coffee grinder, mixer, spices (salt, pepper, paprika, fondor, Maggi), kitchen scales, washing-up liquid * Bathroom: shower, washing machine, toilet, sink, small. Cupboard, hair dryer, * Hallway: cloakroom, mirror, cupboard for shoes, with towels, bath towels, tea towels, shoehorns * kl. Storage room: vacuum cleaner, small. Ironing board, iron, mop, bucket, broom, hand brush and shovel, cleaning utensils, descriptions of almost all devices * Terrace / garden: garden table with 4 garden chairs and cushions, 2 garden loungers, barbecue
We, Norbert and Antje, are pleased that you have booked our holiday apartment. We have renovated and furnished your temporary home with a lot of love and passion. We hope that you feel comfortable with us. We are a blended family (with 6 children, partners and 4 grandchildren, all of whom no longer live with us or only live with us temporarily). Our dog called "Ciro" (breed: Havanese) gives us a lot of joy.
Rastede is a tranquil residential area with around 20,000 inhabitants. Castle park with Ellernteich, castle, palace, outdoor pool, indoor pool, beach cub, pharmacies, bakeries, farm museum, swing golf, tennis courts, go-kart track are available. * Doctors: general practitioners, dentists, orthopedists, physiotherapists, osteoparts * Restaurants / cafés: Sasso, Athens, Santa Lucia, Zollhaus, Hof von Oldenburg, bistro at the train station (BAB), Arkadia, brasserie, castle café, Café Janßen with farm shop (with the best cake from Rastede, we think), etc. * Annual events: Medieval spectacle, Rasteder Musiktage, Oldenburg State Tournament, Vintage Race Days, international grass track races, traditional racing days, Ellernfest In the immediate vicinity is Bad Zwischenahn with the casino and the Zwischenahner Meer, Westerstede with the draisinenbahn, Varel with the Varel harbor and Oldenburg with the beautiful pedestrian zone.
