Excellent hotel in a convenient location. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. Excellent breakfast and dinner (optional) was superb. Particular mention should be made about the staff who were friendly and in particular the lady who served at the bar (Canadian/German ) who was very entertaining and made an evening very enjoyable. All prices in the hotel are reasonable and in short one of the best value hotels I have stayed in recently.

The room had all amenities we needed. The breakfast was varied and fresh. I loved the information about dog walking possibilities near the hotel that we found in the room. Within a walking distance to nice restaurants. Easy contactless check-in.

It is just gorgeous. The Nature there is just very pretty and peaceful.
I didn't get to visit the town much but I was looking forward to checking out their Nature museum and taking a boat ride.

It was my wife’s birth place and this is the first time she has returned since 1956. We loved the city - it is very pretty, very enjoyable to walk around without cars and a very relaxing place to be.
Great location near the train station. Very kind staff. And as others have mentioned, really nice touches, such as the ice cream, tea and coffee, and complimentary cold drinks made my stay just that extra special. Excellent breakfast and WiFi. The rooms could be updated a bit, but I’m sure that will eventually happen and certainly didn’t detract from my comfort. Will come back the next time I find myself in Oldenburg.
We had a wonderful stay at Klave Guesthouse 12. The location was so convenient right next to the train station and a 5 minute walk to the city center. The host was very friendly and let us leave our luggage before checkin. The room was beautiful and had very nice decorations. The facilities were clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend Klave guesthouse for your next stay in Oldenburg!
Exactly like the pictures. Lovely room, clean, modern, comfy beds, good shower, little seating area outside, very quiet. We stopped in Oldenburg on a driving holiday from England to Sweden and this is the perfect location. Easy to find and not far from the motorway.
Good breakfast and dinner. Staff are lovely. The owners speak German and Greek, but the younger staff speak English as well.
With a few minor issues, which were responded to in a reasonable time, we had an enjoyable stay. The location was excellent for visiting with our family and friends, in Oldenburg. It is convenient to shopping, cafes, grocery, and historic sites. There are also some bars/clubs in the area. This may or may not be a positive depending on your point of view.
The Owner of the apartment was great we needed to contact him and he helped us straight away. The apartment was great for us as my wife is disabled , the bathroom was accessible and a lift to the underground garage, this is the first time we haven't used a hotel but won't be the last .

A very good hotel in its class. Not a five-star hotel, but a comfortable, clean, old-fashioned family run hotel, common with business people, and regional travellers. Located across the street/canal from the centre of the city with its pedestrian malls and restaurants.
Very clean apartment, everything sparkling. Comfortable memory foam bed, comprehensive kitchen, enough space for clothes, food, and bathroom equipment. Coffee capsule machine saves money in the morning. Nearest shopping is Oldenburg City Centre. Smooth check in.
