Neighbourhood information

A few steps from the Residence is the Lido Conca d’oro, with access to the lake, swimming pool, solarium and snack bar for breakfast, lunch, aperitifs. On the opposite side of the road passes the boat of the Navigation Company of Lake Lugano, with which you can reach several places bathed by the sweet waters of the Ceresio, such as the picturesque Morcote, where to stop for an aperitif on the lakefront, and the romantic Melide, with beach and lido. You can also reach them with a private boat, several boat services allow the rental of motorboats (with and without a license). The center of Lugano is easily reachable from the luxurious apartments of the Residence La Promenade: with a short and pleasant walk along the lake you can reach the LAC museum in 5 minutes and the renowned shopping street, via Nassa, in the historic center of the city in 8 minutes.
