It was spacious, extremely clean, and very peaceful property away from tourist spots. Only ten minute walk from the beach, but I would recommend renting a bike, which is easy to do because the staff offer it! Amazing restaurant is only a 2 minute walk away. We were very happy with the property.

Beautiful property tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was great with impeccable service from the staff. Food from the cafe (for dinner) was equally good. It really was the perfect stay to rest and rejuvenate.

Clean, comfortable spacious rooms, lovely view. Sunrise over the water was very beautiful! Restaurant served great food. You can hire scooters from here. We also got picked up and dropped off at the pier for a charge. Jum speaks very good English so that was great for us. She is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, we had a flat tyre while riding around and she got someone to come out to where we were with a spare tyre. Would highly recommend and would happily stay again

The property itself is beautiful and amazing but it’s the staff!! they go above and beyond. They arranged boats and activities for us, brought us to and from the pier, even picked us up from a boat on the beach! they are seriously amazing. We love them and can not wait to return. thank you again! (also the view and ability to swim😍) Get the seafront bungalow - worth it!!

The nearest airport is Surat Thani Airport, 96 km from the homestay. The place was very clean and comfortable, right across the street from a monkey temple and the hosts went above and beyond in terms of hospitality. The food was amazing as well. The elephant sanctuary is also about 1km away. Tuck also setup Valentine's rose pedal decorations for me ahead of check-in so I was able to surprise my girlfriend when we arrived. I couldn't be more grateful for how things went.

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Billion Views Khaosok Homestay is a recently renovated guest house set in Khao Sok, 20 km from Khao Sok. With garden views, this accommodation features a balcony. The guest house also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. We arrived and was immediately wowed by the grandness of the house. The pictures does not capture the intricate carpentry and huge columns and beams. Anyone who appreciates wood will spend some time appreciating the architecture and and construction. Exceptional hospitality. Ideal for families. We were so well taken care of by Nook and any kids will definitely enjoy the company of Manow (a very warm and intelligent Labrador). Fantastic environment for good rest, great air and yes "Billion" is a very apt description of the view you get here. You won't miss the TV here and you will wind down easily every evening and sleep so well! Great conversations with Pierre and Nook. They have such good life stories to share that it is almost therapeutic.

Set in beautiful grounds, right in the centre of Koh Yao Yai so easy to explore all areas with a moped (which you can rent from here). Beautifully quiet, surrounded by nature and exceptionally clean and well furnished rooms, including fridge and kettle. Nice warm shower, effective air conditioning and a lovely balcony to the front and back of the room. Lady running it is a total sweetheart and always smiling and happy to help with anything you need. Even brought us a plate of fresh fruit and a breakfast pastry each morning. Resident cats are also super friendly (especially the white one, who I have named ‘Coconut’. Closest restaurant is about 3 mins drive on the moped so you do need means of transport to get around (same for anywhere on this island).
