We also got picked up and dropped off at the pier for a charge. Jum speaks very good English so that was great for us. She is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, we had a flat tyre while riding around and she got someone to come out to where we were with a spare tyre. Would highly recommend and would happily stay again

Food closeby, there's a 7/11 shop right next to the hotel. Recommend the location, 15 minute walk to the airport

All rooms are fitted with a balcony with garden views. Set in beautiful grounds, right in the centre of Koh Yao Yai so easy to explore all areas with a moped (which you can rent from here). Beautifully quiet, surrounded by nature and exceptionally clean and well furnished rooms, including fridge and kettle. Nice warm shower, effective air conditioning and a lovely balcony to the front and back of the room. Lady running it is a total sweetheart and always smiling and happy to help with anything you need. Even brought us a plate of fresh fruit and a breakfast pastry each morning. Resident cats are also super friendly (especially the white one, who I have named ‘Coconut’. Closest restaurant is about 3 mins drive on the moped so you do need means of transport to get around (same for anywhere on this island).
