Pretty reasonable for unmarried people or couples without children who don't complain about heights of the storey. Don't expect much. The owner although ethnically a Thai-Chinese, speaks proper Malay Language Dialect from Sungai Golok region. Motorcycle rental costs THB 300 per day. No need to pay deposit.

This place is a real gem, we didn't at first have big expectations but we loved our short stay there. Lovely garden, super nice and hospitable host. I really recommend buying dinner from the host's friend and having it in the garden, it was super yummy and affordable!

Very good stay, we are very satisfied with this homestay which have 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 1 living room.

As we drive car to Hatyai, so location is not a big deal for us.
One thing to take note, car park at ground floor and will have to climb staircase to first floor room, so if go with senior with leg issue, might have to consider this point.
Comfy bunks have light, power & curtain. Towel supplied. Good aircon & wifi and the rooms are kept clean. Overall, good value for money. When I stayed, it was almost 30% cheaper than beds in town.
Local nightmarket (less touristic than the one in town) & a 7eleven are nearby (across a busy intersection).
Homestay vibe, though the family largely keep to themselves.
