Nice room and breakfast. The receptionist is friendly and help us to make a reservation for the restaurant. The location is good and it is easly to see the panoramic view of Civita. They also taught us how to apply the permision to entery the ZTL to upload and drop off the luggage.

This facility is excellent. Not only is the property beautiful and clean, but the manager was extremely kind, patient, and honest. She is absolutely wonderful and her B&B is a gem in Civita. The breakfast was delicious, and the manager even drove us to the bus stop! When my husband accidentally left his backpack in her car, she immediately returned to the bus stop to deliver it.

Host was very communicative and went above and beyond - when we got there it was pretty late and she called a restaurant for us and asked if they could stay open for us.
