I liked the privacy, room was very big, beds very comfortable, toalett was clean. Everything I needed was available. Breakfast was included abdbthe host gave a wonderful service. Probably the best hotel we've stayed in our eurotrip on 9 different hotels. Room is very cozy, mixes very well a roustic/wooden with a more modern style. The view to Bagnoregio was absolutely AMAZING. I was always shocked to look at the balcony and see that was our view. The same family that owns the accommodation has a beauty shop inside the Civita, with great products.

The Medival town is ,so magical you fell like your back in time. The stay was great The host was fantastic, people are super friendly and willing to help . They recommend a great restaurant 10/10

Great position, right next to a charming square and a bar, excellent views, the room was clean and the host also left us some artisanal biscuits in the room.

the location is right near the bridge to civita so we could enjoy many hours of quiet and peaceful time in the area, early morning or later afternoon, without the turist crowds.

We booked One-Room Apartment for 1 week and it’s a very cozy place to stay during summer! Actually these’s air conditioner, but it’s not mentioned on list.
The apartment is quiet at night, don’t need to worry about the noise.
The location was good for exploring Civita di Bagnoregio, Bolsena, Orvieto, Marta and all the other beautiful towns around.
The swimming pool and hammock were a bonus. There is only one studio so no-one else is around.

The bed is on a mezzanine so quite romantic abcs if you like lilac colour then you will love this place, cute and quaint
The room is maintained in its original style, with exposed timber ceiling beams etc which we prefer rather than having a modernised room in an old building. We really enjoyed having breakfast outside on the terrace just to ourselves, the breakfast quality was excellent and varied. The town is fairly quiet at night, but is in a great location to visit Civita, Orvieto, Bolsena and Lake Bolsena which was lovely for a swim. The owners were very friendly and gave us good advice on where and when to visit places.
