The best hospitality we have ever had! Beautiful home from home, delicious breakfast, super comfy and clean room. Denise and Richard were so welcoming, we wish we were staying longer. Also beautiful surroundings, able to walk beside river right from the door. Thank you.

Stunning location 👌
Great hosts
It is a very small property, we had glorious weather so took full advantage of the hot tub , fire pit and outside area.
It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. I do a lot of travelling for work, and find staying in a home much nicer and easier to relax rather than a hotel. Jamilah and Reggie were great hosts - really responsive, had loads of local recommendations and honest professional people.
Very peaceful countryside location. The property was very clean and comfortable
, and we wanted for nothing. The welcome hamper was much appreciated with essentials including Procesco and fresh eggs. James and Jo were lovely hosts, and there is an excellent tea room just down the road.
Fabulous hosts, Ziggy and Emma went well out of their way to assist with anything and everything. My wife has walking problems but the host would even drop us off and collect us from various places where there was no parking, they recommended us to some wonderful eating and drinking places, met us on arrival to explain everything we needed to know and hand over the key. We had garage parking, free Wi-Fi and laundry facilities. They are just lovely hosts. Great location very close to town and amenities. We will definitely be staying here again.
We stayed in this beautiful cottage for 5 nights and no one wanted to go home at the end. It was 8 of us and the cottage was big enough to host us all. The cottage felt like a cosy home and we enjoyed playing board games by the log fire. What a lovely location, Gavin and Jill are great hosts, we had a lovely welcome gift on our arrival: Eggs, bottle of wine and hot cross buns which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back !!!!
Everything! It was perfect for our weekend visit to Cornwall and we would have happily stayed longer. Great host, very welcoming. The apartment was spotless and beautifully furnished with everything we needed.
Fiona was a great host, very good at communicatiing and she was even kind enough to be up really early to provide me with breakfast.
The place was super nice, and clean and if you like animals you get the house cat and dog ( basil was not a fan of me 😄)
Thank you very much for the great experience Fiona.

The beds were comfortable and there was parking available away from the property. The breakfast was generous and we were offered a good choice of food. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating. They made our stay a real treat. The views from the rear terrace across the valley are breathtaking and was one of the highlights of our trip to this area. The town centre was fun to visit and the locals were very friendly and welcoming.
