Helpful staff and very tranquil surroundings- would definitely recommend a stay!

The people were very kind and the breakfast was sooooo good! The breakfast was so much and both western things and Sri Lankan things. The train passes trough the garden and you can walk by the tracks to the city. The view is extraordinary! We would definitely recommand the place!

It's an a great location, far enough from the busier centre that it's quiet but close enough to walk to everything. We have a lovely breakfast everyday here for only 1100 rupees each, much cheaper than most places in town. We were also able to hire a scooter. Finally we had a private cooking class just for the two of us in her kitchen. Everything was explained so clearly and she gave alternatives to ingredients we might not have at home. We were made to feel like part of the family here and couldn't reccommend this place enough!
The homestay was just wonderful in a quiet area with lots of birds and greenery. It was not far from the city centre or Little Adam's Peak or 9 Arches Bridge, all within walkable distance. The host was absolutely lovely and the breakfast she served was extremely delicious and copious. When I arrived, she made me a whole cup of coffee, that was so nice.
Beautiful peaceful place to stay with an incredible view. Great location- quiet and relaxing away from the hussle of Ella town however only 10mins walk via railway track to the centre. Clean and comfortable room, good hot water and lovely outdoor seating area with views of Ella rock. Breakfast was fantastic- best we had in Sri Lanka. Hosts were so kind, friendly and helpful with suggestions and recommendations- if you get the chance to stay here I would 100% recommend it for your trip to Ella
Kasun and his team are simply amazing! Great hostel, pretty quiet, everything was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious! You have to book your bed with the breakfast ❤️ Kasun also has the best recommendations to explore Ella and is very helpful. A hostel can't be any better! I definitely would stay there again. Thanks for everything, I had an amazing time!
Great location as it is only 500m from the train station which is 2 stops from Ella. Beautiful view over the garden and hills beyond. Very quiet. No traffic noise. The room was spotlessly clean with plenty of hot water for the shower. Delicious home cooking. But above all else our host and his family made us feel so welcome. Our host helped us plan a fantastic few days. He is completely fluent in English which made all the arrangements go so smoothly.
First things first, the hotel is in a great location. A 2 minute walk away from the main street, a 10 minute (perhaps less) to the train station and a short distance from the key hikes. The hotel room is simply decorated and perhaps a little rough around the edges. But it's clean, quiet and charming. I had a room with two single beds, but it was easy enough to push them together. The host is really helpful and friendly, and breakfast was great!
A 10 min walk to city centre (easy), nice and clean and with a great host which made us feel really welcome. Little garden with a view. Iringa made a nice dinner for us. We fully recommend this for the ones who look for a simple, quiet and clean accomodation.
Paraiso Guest house has a great location on a hill very idyllic and quiet with a great view, yet it takes only 7min (tuc tuc/car) to the center of Ella. The host is super friendly and helpful and the traditional breakfast was very tasty. We can only recommend this accommodation.
