Each room is fitted with a private bathroom. Had a wonderful stay at Sayura when I just arrived in Colombo. The house is beautiful and airy, and they even gave me the choice between two rooms. My room was super comfy and I loved the fact that they are very eco-conscious and give you a glass bottle with filtered water and products in big bottles. Also got really good coffee to prepare in my own room. On the property there is also a yummy Poke restaurant, perfect if you want something different than curries & Co. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and of course there is Max their lovely dog!

I liked every thing and both of our Host Dinesh and Anna, Great hospitality offered by them i cant explain in words, i stayed there for my exam and they helped me a lot in my stressful situation i feel like home when staying there, Every problem i face they always be ready to resolve it specially Dinesh. He has a humble and sincere personality. Any thing any time you need something just one text to Dinesh and its infront of you like Genie and lamp. At the guest house, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Extremely clean, everything smelt so nice! Beds were so comfortable and the hosts were so lovely. There was a washing machine, spot to hang clothes to dry, and a full sized fridge which were all super handy. One of our nicest stays in Sri Lanka. Highly recommend.

Service and cleanliness was impeccable. The room itself is very spacious, and at a comfortable temperature despite the heat outside. Piyanth, our host, was friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended - the sort of experience you will not find in any hotel or resort. We were pleasantly surprised, and the very high rating is well deserved.

The property is located 7 km from R Premadasa Stadium, 7 km from U.S. Embassy and 8 km from Khan Clock Tower. Arcade Independence Square is 4 km away and Sinhalese Sports Club is 4.1 km from the guest house. Superb rooms and attentive staff. The breakfast and food options were varied and all great. The owners were present and very helpful with local knowledge

The guest house has an open kitchen with fridge freezer and breakfast bar, attached to a comfortable living room with cable TV and free WiFi. These facilities are shared with other guests. I could not be happier with the choice to stay here for a little over two weeks as I got my bearings back in Sri Lanka at the start of a long trip for research and work. Sameera has been extraordinarily hospitable, kind, and attentive. More than this, however, he has become my friend. Most nights we hang out on the beautiful deck he has built, drinking a few beers and watching the sun set while sharing stories about our lives and families. I've met many of his local friends, too, and through my time here have come to feel not only completely welcome, but like I belong. If you want a really comfortable place to stay, with well-maintained facilities, consider staying here. But if you want to really get to know folks in the local community and build meaningful connections and amazing memories, DEFINITELY, this is the place for you. I'll be back, for sure.
