What we liked the most about the Sanja rooms while staying in Kolasin for skiing in January was the WARM and CLEAN room. Sanjas daughter was very friendly and we did comunicate easily in English. We were staying in Rooms Sejo for 1 night. Our goal was to take the train from Podgorica to Kolašin and go bask to Sutomore the next day. The room was nice and clean with Tv, private bathroom and access to a common kitchenette. Although we encountered bad weather the room had extra blankets to keep us warn during the night. Central location, few steps from great karčma (Vodenica) and just a 20 minutes walk from the train station. There is idea supermarket few steps away. Would highly recommend.
