The breakfast was good and varied. Residential, close to a active local shopping and restaurant area, clean, peaceful. The main person in the reception was ever ready to help, and with a smile. We liked the access that we had to the roof terrace, a wonderful place to do yoga in the morning.

Host was allowed me to check in early, location is within walking distance with police Bazaar & easy to find out the guesthouse. The cleanliness of the room is the value of money to stay here.
Property is good and 1.9 kms from city centre. The host/manager is very helpful and accommodating. She responds very promptly. She knows good places to visit and eat in and around Shillong.

Shillong Hills is at a lovely location and offers a great view from the front yard. The staff was very friendly and George was amazing as a host. From getting a faulty heater replaced instantly to providing us with excellent help and support in getting our car fixed - late evening this was, I might add, and he came to meet us and guide us all the way into the city where we were stuck - he was just unbelievable as a host. We will definitely be staying at Shillong Hills guest house again, soon.

Clean room, Clean Toilet, Comfortable bed, Good WiFi, Bright room with morning sunlight, Green & quiet surrounding and an excellent hospitality from the host. But limited room service will be available as it is just a Home Stay and not a Hotel. Room rates of Heemstede is one of the cheapest compared to other Guest House/ Home Stay in Shillong.
this quaint homestay is located away from the hustle bustle of the city yet well connected to the main markets. the rooms are comfy and the surrounding peaceful making it a perfect get away for people looking for some quiet time. Lumi (host) is super helpful and always a call away. the simple yet yummy breakfast was a cherry on top.
Great location, if you wanna escape the bustle. The rooms are comfortable and well sized. The hosts are great, and the food provided is good. The view around is amazing. All in all, totally worth it, if you’re seeking a quiet stay.
