On arrival Sian greeted us, she's lovely and really pleasant, our room was really bright and airy and much larger than I expected. There's no restaurant but tons of tea, milk, sugar etc plus plates, bowls, knives forks and spoons so you could easily take some corn flakes to have prior to going out in the morning. There is no bar but the railway Rooms are just 20 metres away and they do a good pint. The bed was really comfy and I slept so well. All in all a great place for a stay at a very reasonable price.

We came to spend longer weekend in Cabana Cabin. The accomodation was excellent. It exceeded our expectations. Cabin is spaces enough to easily accommodate our big pram for our only 8 weeks old baby. The kitchen includes all that you need for self-catering.

Location was great, sleeping space was smaller than anticipated (the photos make it look bigger than reality) but it was clean and comfy. The hotel restaurant was really good, great food and service.

The bed was very comfy. All staff we spoke to were friendly and welcoming. The lady who check us in (has been on mat leave) was great! Loved the bathroom! Beautiful location. The lighting is a really nice feature. Very well designed cabin. The sofa is actually really comfy too! It was the last night of our honeymoon trip round north Wales and we regret not booking here for longer but hope to come back!

My friend and I stayed in one of the Forest Retreat glamping Pods. It was very well equipped with regard to kitchen items, TV, comfortable bed etc. I think the WiFi was OK. We would have preferred twin beds in the pod : perhaps something you could offer in one of the Forest retreats in the future? I wonder if the price you are charging (£99 per night) is rather too high, given there is no breakfast provided and the pod is small for two people - especially if the weather didn't allow one to sit outside on the decking.
