Room was furnished to a very high spec, with super comfy bed, high quality bedding and towels. Fabulous bathroom and spotlessly clean. It has lots of thoughtful touches. Good location to walk into town. Margaret was very friendly, helpful and very responsive. Will definitely stay again when we need to be in Abergavenny. Thanks Margaret !

The host met us on arrival, gave a brief intro, provided fresh eggs and then she left us to our weekend which we appreciated. She allowed an earlier check in which was grwst after trabelling for a few hours. The location was ideal for us to explore the nearby hills and was quiet, set away from a busy road and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and cooking facilities was handy for us. Big, comfy bed which allowed a great night's sleep.

Excellent location in the mountains so if you’re hiking this is defo a cozy retreat. Easy to get to via car. Good size cabin with plenty of light and ventilation. Wood burner was excellent and kept the cabin toasty for HOURS. The cabin is safe and secluded. The owners live nearby; welcoming and responsive to questions so if you need help they’re wonderful. The toilet and sink are a few steps away from the cabin in a separate unit….. late trips were intimidating but fun.
