The self check-in instructions were detailed and clear, ensuring a smooth arrival. A special mention to Sandra, who was incredibly helpful and responded to my messages promptly. Overall, the apartment was in excellent condition and provided a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

What a great hotel. Each room has a theme associated with an author and book. It was extremely clean and comfortable and very roomy. Located just a couple of minutes from the train station, it is also 5-10 minutes by foot to the Münster and the Old Town. The staff are lovely. All of them. Breakfast was great and they really took care to make sure we were happy and had what we needed. They even helped me pack my breakfast one morning when I was in a hurry and sent me on my way with hit chocolate. My friend moved to a room in the hotel down the hall and was much happier there than her previous hotel. It's really great. Gemütlich.
