We were able to arrange the check-in easily and he was responsive when we had a minor issue with the door lock (the key got stuck and he came personally to fix it right away). The apartment is really well equipped for cooking and comfort, and the internet connection is very fast. Great location close to restaurants, shopping, old town, beach, etc. Street parking our 4x4 with roof tent was easy and safe--it didn't fit in the provided garage. We also appreciated the chance to do laundry.
