The house is fully equipped and comes with all the necessary fixtures, fittings, and appliances. This includes items like kitchen appliances, built-in stove, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. This house is well-maintained, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing. It provides a welcoming and comfortable environment for you and your family to enjoy. This house's close proximity to Platz am Meer Mall adds convenience. With conveniences as grocery stores, restaurants, open air spaces and healthcare facilities nearby, you won't have to travel far for essential goods and services.
