Stayed overnight on our way to Sossuvlei, it's on a well maintained gravel road. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. There is a small petrol station there that functions from 7am-7pm. They have a restaurant with affordable meals. It says beds are x2 single beds but it was actually 2 comfortable queen size beds. The rooms were clean and there was a nice thick blanket which came in handy.

Very spacious, well equipped, and spacious room - it's more than a room! Very good food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Excellent staff - professional, attentive, warm, and fun. Special mention to Berry and Helena. We did the guided tour to Sossusvlei dunes and deadvlei with Silva and Gift and we enjoyed it very much, including being with them. We spent one day relaxing by the pool and really enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Great view. Would love to spend more time. The bird life and ground squirrels ensured fun during mealtimes. Would definitely revisit if the opportunity presents.

Perfect for those who want to be close to the Big Daddy and the desert for an affordable price. Next to it there is a chance to feed the fennet foxes nearby. You can meet with Pumba who is the voluntary lawnmower of the lodge. We liked to be there.

Breakfast was yummy and it was just perfect. Everything was just so nice, our evening just sitting in the dark on the verandah was soul renewing. One made the moments last. Lovely comfy beds and was dark and cool. The family was so welcoming and felt like we were part of them.

The Desert Grace has a recognizable lovingly designed concept - particularly the very well equipped rooms correspond to the high-quality claim of this lodge in the top category of the Gondwana Brand. The private pools with uninterrupted views of the red dunes of the Namib are wonderful - especially for families with small children. The nightly Scorpion Walk is also highly recommended.

The location was incredibly peaceful. It was wonderful to lie on the roof bed at night and see the stars in all their glory. The food was delicious - the best we had during our two week stay travelling through Namibia. The resident warthogs were fun to watch! The pool was refreshing and staff were friendly.
