Lovely property - very comfortable, great style and sense of history, fabulous breakfast - one of the best we have had, and above all great staff, in particular Andre on the front desk who could not have been more professional, helpful, kind and generous - he made our stay extra special and is a real asset to the hotel. Moderna is a delightful city to visit and this is the place to stay - just a short walk to everything you might want to enjoy.

The stay at Stella21 was very pleasant. We arrived in evening and it was still very hot outside. The appartment was plesant cool with airconditioning equipped. The appartment is located on the upper floor and has even a small tower with a beautiful room and a nice view over the roofs of Modena. This room is not equipped with an airconditioning and our daughter was then sleeping below on the sofa, as it was too hot there. The appartment is direcly located in the center and everything is close by and reachable by foot. Francesca recommend us a very nice wine restaurant, where we had a great tradional Italien dinner. The breakfast is typiccal italian, mainly sweet and fine. We were taking the opportunity and have bought italien specialities from a bakery nearby (3min). We would come any time back and can warmly recommend the appartment.

The apartment was decorated in a modern style, it was airy and fresh, we were able to open doors during the day for fresh air alongside the air conditioning which was in each room. The apartment is very spacious and very clean. It also had all the facilities you would need for a longer stay, it has an oven, fridge, stove, TV, etc. It was all great, there was not a single problem we faced with this apartment in four nights.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The location is perfect if you want to visit car museums, which was the main reason our family chose this place. We really liked the accommodation; the recently renovated room was very comfortable, had air conditioning, TV, fridge, coffee maker etc and a bathroom with a big, comfortable shower. We were welcomed by a very friendly lady named Cinzia, who had sent us the precise location beforehand and upon our arrival, she recommended a nearby restaurant with delicious pizza. We highly recommend Casa Tua. Thank you very much!
Kids loved the pool. It is close to Maranello Museum Ferrari. There is a good restaurant within 10 minute walk(on a busy road though). For everything else, you would need a car. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke very good English.
Spacious mini apartment with own garden, very clean, helpful staff, beautiful swimming pools, well equipped play room for all ages, varied breakfast, delicious restaurant, free parking, 10/15 min drive into Modena or Ferrari Museum. Perfect spot for families, will visit again!
Very friendly and service-oriented staff that takes care of the guest! The hotel may not be the most beautiful from the outside, but inside it is stylish and well equipped. The bar and restaurant can be recommended without reservation. We had a family room and enough space to spend a relaxing night. The quiet location means that even noise-sensitive people can find peace here.
