Great staff, so kind and helpful! We had a some sweets, coke and water when we entered the room, which was a great gesture. Fitness room is also availiable for every guest,and it is free to use. I must name Roberto as a kinder staff person at the hotel. Hotel is nearby Metro station (7 mins walk) and you have a good connection to every point in the city. Loby and garden of the hotel are quite big and cool. Room were cleaned every each day. You can find a map of the city with a location to see which is pretty useful.

Mostly everything above expectations. From being greeted to settling in was a delight. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again, my only critique would be that the aircon was not good. Didn’t matter on this occasion, however if the weather had been hot, it may have been too warm. (To be fair, we did not mention the aircon, so we could have been doing it wrong) Great location.
