The location on the outskirts of Modena was very convenient for me, though it is probably not the top spot unless you have either friends to visit or business in the area. I think there are only two rooms and it is all very intimate and quiet. The host, Maura, was wonderful and very friendly, the breakfast served outside was very good indeed, and the evening before I was even offered an aperitivo though I am sure it is not a normal part of the service. Easy parking outside. The room was perfectly adequate, the bathroom - modern and spacious.

We were on the top floor at the roof end with window on the roof. During the night there was rain and was very romantic, birds were singing around, it was wonderful. We were parking the car next to the building, the location were suitable for us to drive in between both (Maranello and Modena) museums of Ferrari. The bathroom is the first I could turn around under the shower. It was perfect.
This property worked wonderfully for our large family and the hotel was very accommodating to ensure our two rooms were located next to each other. Any family traveling with young kids should love the opportunity to get to swim in the pool. it’s- wish we would have know. about the swim cap rule prior to.
Clean and quiet place, great breakfast with enough choice, nice and helpful staff. The hotel inside and outside looks very nice. Because we came on Sunday (the internal restaurant didn't work) but we've got a recommendation for an excellent pizzeria not far away. We enjoyed the stay!
We liked the convenient location of the hotel, just 6 minutes away from Maranello. We went there to visit the Ferrari museum and the location was excellent, not only close to the factory and museum, but also shops and restaurants.
Beautiful boutique hotel, extremely kind and attentive staff and owner. The breakfast is genuine home made bread, cakes, jam. Such a pleasure to be there. Nice pool and surrounding gardens provide an oasis for relaxing.
