Sakti Garden Resort & Spa, hotel in Ubud

Situated in Ubud, 1.9 km from Ubud Palace, Sakti Garden Resort & Spa features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff and a detailed explanation was given regarding the facilities of the hotel. The hotel is exceptional. Rooms are large with beautiful views of the lush greenery. The service was exceptional. There is also a turndown service and good amenities. The breakfasts are also exceptional. The buffet was plentiful, and the fresh fruit and pastries were beautiful. My mum had a fall getting out of the bath, and immediately, the staff came to make adjustments to the bathroom and to make sure it was safe for my mum. The manager also came to visit our room and apologised. The personal service was genuine and heart-warming. The resort has a calm feel to it, and staff know you personally and greet you in a polite and friendly manner. Nothing was too much for them, and you felt welcomed and at ease. I would highly recommend staying here for the service, high-quality rooms, facilities, location (a free shuttle service to town on set times), peace, and most of all, the outstanding staff.

Fantastic location and a beautiful rooms. We loved staying as guests with this wonderful family who were so friendly and happy to help with any of our needs. The children had a great time here too - its perfect for families and the closed entrance meant the baby was able to freely crawl around.

Lots of space, lovely pool (although not great for small children my 6 could touch the floor but 4 yr old couldn’t) comfy beds, large dining area, resident frog, turtle and fish in the pond which the kids loved looking at and the pool table

Awesome location just off the Main Street but nice and quiet. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Our villa had one bedroom upstairs and one down with a bathroom each. Perfect for our family with older teenagers but might not be suitable for younger children. Great private pool and nice breakfast included.

Very welcoming and attentive staff who made our stay a very pleasant one. We were greeted with big smiles and a cup of iced tea. The rooms had character and fitted the surroundings. The little restaurant served a nice range of dishes and we chose to have several of our meals there. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool was nice and clean. Green Space was a very affordable and family-friendly place to stay. The location was peaceful and quiet but close enough to the hustle and bustle of Ubud to get to by a short Gojek ride.

Staff were very friendly. We stayed in the villa which was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 teens). Small hotel so it was nicer than big resort type accommodation. Food was excellent. Breakfast was served in our villa each morning. It was A la carte but you can select as many different things as you want. Would definately recommend the villa for older families but possibly not suitable for those with small children due to the separate bedrooms. Pool temperature was perfect. Quiet location of villa at the back of the hotel.

First impression from the street had me worried but once within the premises it truly is a hidden gem. The staff are all friendly and amazing. We stayed in the family room with two large beds and plenty of room for a portacot and to play around. There was a fishpond outside the room that the kids checked out daily. The Spa is also incredible. The nanny service provided by the hotel was fantastic, my kids loved their nannies!

We travelled with family & two kids toddler & baby and it was the most amazing stay the host of the property always made sure we were comfortable & helped out everywhere & everything we needed. Couldn’t recommend enough. Also not far from all the main shops & nice area for families away from the noise of the main road!

Family friendly atmosphere, safe for children (5, 8 & 9yrs old) to find their way around facilities, relaxing and calm but still fun. Balinese music in the restaurant can be heard at the pool, good drivers and daily room cleaning. Mosquito nets on every bed is good. We loved the rice paddy between the restaurant/pool area and rooms and across the road. It's beautiful. The back footpath shortcut is very convenient and just a short walk to anywhere.
