The room had also nespresso, wifi, airconditioning and cleaning room service every morning. Also there are tables outside to sit and enjoy the sunset and have your coffee. There is also a fridge and a safe. Its luxury it has everything you need, we will certainly come back.

Excellent location. Quiet, great seaview of nearby Livadi Beach from the balcony. It's a new building and all facilities are therefore new. Quality-wise, above average - a classy place. Very clean, towels changed every day and bed sheets every two days. Nespresso machine available (capsules included), Baked bread, butter, jam and honey provided every day for a quick breakfast. The host, Ms. Irini, was very helpful - picked us up and then dropped us to the ferry when we left, saving us a long walk from the port. Although we arrived early in the morning she had the room ready for us by the time we arrived - a big thank you. A bottle of water in the fridge meant a lot to start with. The nearby beach (Livadi) is very good (sandy, with clear waters). On the beachfront there is a lovely restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner - the staff is nice and the daily specials are delicious. The village is a 10 minute (pretty steep) walk uphill (on a dirt road) but not something reserved for athletes. 😊 I spent three nights and I look forward to coming back - a perfect place to relax in a laid-back atmosphere.

Very nice and modern studio, peaceful and quiet location. Literally a 20 meters walk to the best beach on Schinoussa. Not a problem for me, but since the Chora (old town) with all the restaurants is uphill you'll have burned the calories before you even had dinner.
