We received a lot of hints about the city and Crete in general. At the end of our stay we also received a bottle of olive oil produced by the family nearby. We were so happy there! The stay itself looks great, it is very stylish , it is extremly clean, very well located and lovely :) We would recommend the stay to everyone planning to visit Rhetymno :)))))) You will feel like a part of a Greek family.

Free WiFi is available throughout. Amazing scenic views. Staff were attentive and so welcoming. Breakfast was such fantastic quality food and the resort is just beautiful. If you’re looking for a place to relax, this is the place for it!

Enjoying a privileged location in the heart of Heraklion Town, Ibis Styles Heraklion Central by Accor is just a short stroll from major touristic sights and lively areas of the town. Free WiFi is provided throughout. I like Ibis hotels, and this one met my expectations too. It is located in a central area, with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was huge, and I liked that there was a high double bed for us, and a low single bed for our 3 y.o. daughter (she really liked it and finally slept in a separate bed and not with one of us lol). The breakfast was fresh and had a wide assortment of food.
Elafonisi
Featuring an a la carte restaurant, Elafonisi Resort by Kalomirakis Family is set amidst a garden with olive trees. It offers air-conditioned accommodation, some self-catering, and free Wi-Fi in public areas. The popular Elafonisi Beach is 650 metres away. Everything was amazing, great room with lot of privacy, great food for reasonable prices, great location, very king and helpful personnel.
Chania Town

The beaches of Aptera and Chrissi Akti are 500 metres away. Tremendous hotel. Andreas was sensational, offering excellent recommendations in restaurants, trips out etc. All the staff made us feel very welcome. The food at the hotel was lovely and the swimming pool is the perfect size. Best hotel in this area by far. We would definitely stay here again. Anna and Bonno

Location was incredible. The building itself has so much character, what a great experience to stay here! We stayed with our baby & 4 yr old (just to note for families- the loft bed is up steep stairs & only a small guard rail at the top, so would not be suitable for toddlers/young kids). We really appreciated the communication with the host, check in was super easy.
The view of the sea and mountain was spectacular. The hosts are friendly and caring about cleanliness. I was traveling with my infant baby and got the necessary equipment I asked for such as a crib and high chair.
- Loved the swimming pool area with big day bed swings ans well as smaller tanning beds along the pool with umbrellas - The room was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious - The breakfast in the morning had a good selection (the mini Crepes were awesome!) - Really friendly staff, with the business being run by such a nice Greek family - We don't have children but the facilities are really child friendly (child seats available at breakfast, as well as the fake grass is close to the pool is fun to lie on or for small kids to crawl on)
The staff was the best of this property. They are like a family. We won’t forget Chronis and Ritsa, always helpful with our children, always supportive, kind, funny. The maids work hard every day and always are smiling. At our arrival, we had some stuff at the room that needed to be reviewed/repaired and the handyman was there right away to solve everything. Room was comfortable and the pool is perfect for kids and adults. Snacks and drinks are at affordable prices.
The facilities were exceptional. Food was also great. This is a hotel optimized for families with small children, they are very well prepared for that (e.g. there is ice cream available practically everywhere, each and every restaurant offers kids menu, their own aquapark is great, they operate kids club, etc.). Staff members are nice and helpful. The beach is really nice. What I liked the most is that though they were allegedly fully booked I didn't feel crowded anywhere in the hotel area (maybe in the kids pool, but nowhere else).
Everything we needed was there (including baby cot and a kitchenette). Our kid really liked the pool (a part of which was specifically for toddlers and small children). A supermarket is five minutes away.
The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Breakfast is very tasty, you find everything you need for adults and children too. Perfectly equipped playroom for young kids to explore with a lot of toys. Overall very child- and family friendly hotel, therefore full of families with young children :) The beach is really close and there are plenty of also child friendly restaurant options in walking distance.
The best vacation experience. Family vacation with small children. Very clean hotel, staff super responsive and friendly Amazing new fascilities, great food, free quality alcohol, professional entertainment. Amazing beach, bars, kids club, water park, water sports. Though fully booked, not felt crowded at all.
Excellent stay. Staff was very friendly. Made us felt like home and treated us like family. Facility was very clean and view was exceptional. Nice and quiet place for families with small children. My kids loved the pool.
