House is super cool inside with everything you need you need and more, including a wee bottle of wine, which was lovely. Super clean with super soft towels and bedding. Beds really comfortable, great shower with good power
The garden had great space to chill and eat.
Close to all sites and beaches with a10min walk into centre of town. We could have spent the full holiday in the house as it was so comfortable and relaxing, fell in love with this place

Absolutely loved our stay at Patmos Luttle Suites. Our hosts catered for our every need and couldn't have done any more to make our trip any better. The accommodation itself is just stunning, beautifully decorated and furnished, and absolutely spotless. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Skala/Patmos.

Tess and her staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The 2 bedroom villa apartment is 5 minutes drive from Skala in Grikos village. The apartment was well appointed with a huge sundeck overlooking the bay. An excellent array of tavernas and small bays within walking distance.
Surrounded by a garden of palm trees and colourful flowers, the traditionally-built Joanna Hotel lies just 100 metres from Grikos Beach in Patmos.

It was a lovely hotel, very clean room. The owner took us from the port at midnight. It was a very kind of him. Very good taste of decoration both the room and the hotel. close to the beach, walking distance. there are nice taverns. Peaceful area. It takes 10-12 minutes to the center. Free parking area in front of the hotel.

Villa Zacharo is a quiet, family-run hotel, with a good location outside the busy part of the town of Skala, but just a few minutes walk from the port, bus stop and many restaurants. My room was clean and comfortable. A good buffet breakfast was provided, one of the few places I stayed this year to do so.
Nicolas and his family are very kind and helpful people. Nicolas picked us up from the port and till we rent a car, he dropped us where ever we wanted to go. There was no breakfast but they always gave us some fresh fruits, vegetables from the garden and well made cakes&cookies :) We stayed there with our 4 years old daughter. She also enjoyed a lot as there are lots of animals in the farm like goats and rabbits :)
Hotel was very clean. They did the house keeping everyday. They changed the towels and bed sheets everyday. It was very close to port , restaurant and market. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much Blue bay hotel family.
A family run hotel and it's greatest asset is Anna Maria at the reception, a real gem. She is professional, friendly, caring and communicative. The hotel is very nice, a bit older and well renovated so the old charm and style is preserved. My room was facing the garden, quiet with a view towards Chora. The bed was comfortable (was upgraded to a double instead of two single beds - nice gesture), everything was tidy and clean. It is situated very close to the harbor and the bus stop. When I return to Patmos, Delfini will be my first choice.
The property was just as described. Lovely little balcony with view over Skala and useful washing line and pegs for drying.
Nicholas and his family were very friendly. Picking us up from the ferry, driving us to car hire company. Dropping us back. Watermelon on arrival and lovely fruit during our stay.
We checked out of our room on the last day but Nicholas gave us three use of a room to shower and change after a beach visit before leaving for the ferry.
We spent 5 days at Villa Zacharo and we had 2 rooms: a twin and a double.
Rooms are very simple but functional.
Location is convenient, next to a bus stop, a supermarket and walking distance to everything needed in Skala.
Hot and cold water available in the reception area, as well as nescafé, tea bags.
Breakfast was good.
Very kind family running the hotel. We could benefit of a late check-out for one of the 2 rooms on departure day.

Location is unbeatable - you can really maximise your trip from this location. Even though it’s so central it was never noisy at night when in the room.
Convenient on premises parking.
Staff were all so lovely and helpful and bear in mind I was travelling with a child and a noisy toddler but was always made to feel welcome.
Cleaning staff very friendly and immediately came to help when I needed.
