Absolutely loved our stay at Patmos Luttle Suites. Our hosts catered for our every need and couldn't have done any more to make our trip any better. Fantastic location on the edge of the main town en route to the Chora. Property was very characterful, perfectly combining traditional and modern. Lovely outside terrace with great views. Peri was a great host, she offered tips for what to do on the island and a very generous welcome pack was provided.

Patmos is already a wonderful island. But staying at Nicolas Studios made this trip even more amazing. Nico and his family are very sweet, friendly and caring. Nico surprised us every morning with fruit from the garden and eggs from the coop. When we didn't have a car, he gladly took us everywhere we wanted to go. He was very interested not only in us but also in everyone who stayed. We are very lucky and happy to know Nico and his family and to stay here. We can't wait to go back as soon as possible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Susi welcomed us with a smile and useful tips, even though it was around 1:30 in the morning.
The room is lovely and was cleaned daily, with a separate bedroom, which is a plus. The best part, of course, is the view of Skala and the sea. Additionally, the Cave of the Apocalypse is within walking distance, which is very convenient. We highly recommend the Sea View apartments to anyone who enjoys friendly hosts, a marvelous view, and doesn't mind climbing stairs and walking uphill.
Patmos is very beatiful. The location of the apartment was excellent just outside Skala in a very peaceful and beautiful place. The apartment was new and very clean. Mr George was a very friendly host and made us feel at home from the very first moment and was always ready to help us. My daughter and I highly recommend Patmos Exclusive Villas for a great vacation in Patmos!
Host Irene met us at the post and drove us to the apartments. Downstairs room with lovely garden view and large covered terrace. Room a bit on the small side and dark in the kitchen at the back but host made up for everything extremely friendly and even brought us homemade biscuits
The check in staff were wonderful….especially the kind woman you gave us so much good advice about what to see and do and arrange rental car for us, and took care of our luggage etc….. she really went out of her way and we appreciated it.
The location was perfect for us coming and leaving with the ferry…..walking distance.
The hotel was very accommodating when we needed to make a last minute change to our reservation…..thank you!
Host was detained away from the island, but was extremely responsive and helpful via messaging, giving detailed directions to the apartments and clarifying that we had only booked a one room apartment that we intended for two couples, so made a second apartment immediately available. We were scheduled to arrive at midnight on the ferry, which was delayed by an hour due to bad weather, so responding so well at that time of night was particularly commendable.
Everything was excellent. Met at the port by Maria. The spacious apartment was great with a large terrace overlooking the harbour. The staff were very friendly. Can't recommend it highly enough.
Patmos is a lovely island as well.
Nikolas, his wife and family are exceptional hosts. Everything from the pick up at the ferry port to driving us around the island was fantastic. The studio was immaculate and you are often surprised with fruit from the garden and freshly baked pies. It’s a short walk to Skala with its shops and restaurants, and also another short walk to the beach . Amazing week.
Hosts Dimitri and Anastasia have beautifully restored this old house and converted it into self contained studios/apartments with outside space. They have tried to keep the character of the place while introducing all creature comforts. Location is perfect in a quiet place but within 5 minutes walk front the harbour, and the centre of Skala. We simply LOVED our stay here.
