Not a lot really. Had a power cut on arrival so waited ages to check in. Were then told the spa was closed so we couldn't use it. We only booked it to use the spa the day before going away Kids were left bored after being excited. Only get a free 20 min WiFi session and there is zero internet reception using your own internet. Had to remove the mattress from the pull out bed as it was so noisy and uncomfortable so in the end the kids were on the floor

I genuinely don’t know why there were so many complaints about this hotel. The hotel is perfect for the a nights sleep. It’s cheap and affordable. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind . I think people are too entitled these days , complaining when it costs so little. If you’re thinking of booking it I would recommend 100%.

I had booked two double rooms. We have two older teenagers, a girl and a boy. They did not want to share or sleep with mum or dad in a bed. We asked as we were checking in if we could have two rooms with single beds. They instead got us in to two family rooms. Each of us having a double bed! Location was very good for the airport. Also there was an excellent pub 100 metres down the road. Great for an evening meal after a few hours of driving.
