Homely and friendly, location was good, ambience was great, food was great, I had a few vegan options which was great for a small pub. We had to leave early to get an early flight, and we got a vegan continental breakfast delivered at 5.30am which was orange juice, the best choc chip muffin we have ever had and we took some fresh bananas out of the dish in the foyer, enough to put us on till lunch on the plane.

I stayed at The Crowne Plaza for night (picking up family from airport). It was modern, sparkling clean, all staff were courteous, professional and friendly. Restaurant food was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. It was great to be able to park at the hotel too.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Dinner buffet for the kids was very handy. Room was perfect for our family of 6, we were delighted that we could all stay in one room. The two doubles, sofa bed and cot were perfect!

The food in the restaurant was good quality and reasonably priced - in particular one of the team, Edward, was very kind with our young children after a long journey. Rooms were clean, comfortable, functional. Ideal for a quick stopover at the hotel.

Tiny, hot and not 100% clean. Bed super uncomfortable. Ok if it was just us, but dragging two very tired and hot kids on a flight at 3am was not fun after very little sleep. Terrible for over £100!

We did not have breakfast because we left for our flight really early, but the room was fantastic, the staff were so kind and helpful, and we were so comfortable! Even the baby slept, which was a miracle in itself! The baby was even given a little folder of kids’ activities which was so fun (he loved the crayons), and a drinks voucher (which he didn’t use because he’s 7 months, but would be great for an older child!)

Spotless Hotel with a decent family room for 2 adults and 2 children. There was an offer on at the time for kids stay and eat free, excellant value for money, we have stayed in other hotels around the airport I would say this is the best so far.

Great hotel to stay with families, we had the family deluxe room with the two double beds and it was perfect for us with our two small children. The staff were really friendly and helpful too from reception to bar stuff to breakfast. Breakfast spread exceeded our expectations. Lots of choices for adults and kids and all run very well. Location was excellent, took about 5 mins from the airport in the shuttle. It was surprisingly not noisy considering the distance to the airport. We had a good nights sleep after a 20 hour long journey.
