Richard was lovely and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I could need. It was close to the airport on the bus - literally a two minute walk from the bus stop. The streets felt safe to walk around - even at 9pm (late spring) which was great for a solo female traveler. It was also really quiet if you are someone who likes silence to sleep. The cats were very friendly to have a cuddle with.

Homely and friendly, location was good, ambience was great, food was great, I had a few vegan options which was great for a small pub. We had to leave early to get an early flight, and we got a vegan continental breakfast delivered at 5.30am which was orange juice, the best choc chip muffin we have ever had and we took some fresh bananas out of the dish in the foyer, enough to put us on till lunch on the plane.

I stayed at The Crowne Plaza for night (picking up family from airport). It was modern, sparkling clean, all staff were courteous, professional and friendly. Restaurant food was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. It was great to be able to park at the hotel too.

Check-in was quick and efficient. Room spacious. Car parking is easy and can be managed at the desk. Restaurant has excellent choices and the food was tasty with portion sizes that suited me. Shuttle to the Terminal was exceptional. The driver went out of his way to assist with luggage and with directions. The airport is currently in confusion but he made it all easy for me.
