Good kitchen area and toilet/shower facilities. Have been refurbished recently. 3 single beds was perfect considering we were a family with 3 children. In walking distance from Jasper city. Enjoyed the pool and spa area.

I loved the room size, and for the first time on our trip our (grown) kids had their own bed. Believe me, it's not easy finding accommodation for a family of four adults! I was super pleased about that! Also, cooking in our own kitchen was an excellent way to save a few $$ on our holiday.

The food at the restaurant was very good. The scenery was spectacular and being that close to the hot springs was a bonus. The playground was very good for family fun with a good selection of things to play on and the fooseball and ping pong tables were great for older family members.

I BOOKED WITH A BABY AND TODDLER AND WE WERE PROVIDED A ROOM ON THE SECOND LEVEL AND YES RIGHT BESIDE EACH OTHER BUT I ASKED FOR JOINING ROOMS SO THIS MADE IT A PAIN TO HAVE TO GO IN AND OUT IN THE COLD WEATHER AND BRING ALL THE GEAR UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS, THEY SHOULD LOOK TO SEE WHO IS WITH YOU AND PROVIDE ROOMS ACCORDINALY, I ASKED FOR THE ROOMS TO HAVE A DOOR BETWEEN THEM FOR EASIER ACESS FOR BOTH OF US. THE POOL IS INDOORS BUT YOU HAVE TO GO OUT IN THE COLD TO GET TO IT, KEY LOCK DID NOT WORK AND HAVING YOUNG CHILDREN NOT A GOOD SET UP.
