We often have booked Ritz Carlton before, but this was an outstanding experience. We had never such a pleasant stay. Everybody in the Hotel was extremely friendly and we got a lot of help due to special situation. Food was great. Ate the same dish almost everyday while staying there. Staff is very friendly and personable. Love the ambiance and look of the hotel and rooms. Rooms were great size and comfy beds. Did wish one of the pillows was slightly more firm (personal preference). Almost all my needs and requests were taken care of quickly and with care. Will be back in 2-3 months.
