Located in Jasper, 6.6 km from Jasper SkyTram, HI Jasper - Hostel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and barbecue facilities. With free WiFi, this 3-star hostel offers a shared kitchen and a 24-hour front desk. The hostel has a ski pass sales point.

Superb location - Jasper downtown is just cross the street (go through the underground tunnel) while there is plenty of free parking for better mobility. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The breakfast sandwich and overnight oats in the cafe are so yummy! And there is bear spray that you can rent for free when going to a hike.

This is a back-to-basics wilderness hostel - We now have 2 private rooms, 2 mixed dorms, no showers, and no flush toilets. That said, it's a great place. A large common lodge with fireplace and lounge, friendly and personable staff, and a great location. We have purified drinking water, full cooking facilities, refrigerator, stoves and electricity.

Great staff, facilities (for a wilderness hostel), kitchen with everything you may need and more.

Poised alongside the Maligne River, just above the spectacular depths of Maligne Canyon, this serene hostel is an all-season destination. Travelers will enjoy an array of hiking, cycling, and cross-country skiing trails. The nearby Skyline Trail offers one of Jasper National Park's most scenic hikes.

The hostel is located just besides the river. I can say perfect location for camping. You can listen water flowing sound all day long. Everything is nearby within 10-20 minutes drive. Excellent customer service provided specifically from Manager. She provided all the necessary information even though we arrived at night and didn’t inform hostel about late check-in.

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

This hotel is around for ages and just cool. Forget hostels. Restaurant, 2 pubs downstairs with great vibe and fair prices for rooms with shared facilities. We are backpacker. Loved it. I really regret that we cancelled one night. Jasper had more to offer than we thought. Take your time for this beautiful little town and enjoy the surrounding and stay in this hotel. Just perfect !!!
