The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Checkin was seamless and all the important information was provided. It is nearby he airport, so it is very convenient for transit if you have a couple of hours in-between flights.

The owner was a very good communicator and the airport pick up and drop off went really smoothly. The room may not have been luxurious but it had everything I needed. A bakery very close by meant i could get a light breakfast with coffee. It was a good place to stay close to the airport without paying high prices.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Easy access to the airport and great space and sleeping arrangements (I had 2 young kids). We haven’t explored the area as arrived very late and left next day but could see it’s great location with several shops nearby. As we did not stay long can’t comment on utilities (we did not cook) but beds were comfortable and no noisy around. Playground for kids was great, clean and good condition.
Clean and just as described on the website. Plenty of snacks and drinks to purchase at reception. Spacious and clean bathroom, though some are smaller.
The location from the airport was good. The staff were very friendly and nice. The breakfast buffet was also good.
We were travelling as a family of 3 with a baby and so just needed the basics to rest, bed, bathroom and food before travelling again.
Shuttle service included in hotel price, breakfast to. Good breakfast and good value for the money food at hotel restaurant. Do not expect a fancy restaurant but a functional one with room service. In my case, I needed a place to stay one night with my family because a stop over in São Paulo. Hotel met my needs for safe two ways shuttle service, 24 hour reception , confortable room and dinner/breakfast at reasonable price.
Amazing extra-large double bed and a very large room suitable for families with kids. I really recommend it and of course will be my next stay in Guarulhos.
excellent location and conveniant shuttle to/from airport. Pool and garden area are really nice and although located in a busy area, pretty quiet at night with little noise interference. Breakfast was good and varied, as was the lunch buffet. Kid friendly with pool and lots of playground area.
