The host is very friendly and is always on hand if you have questions
Easy check in. Easy building access stayed. We even got to store our bags with the host on day our check out as our transport out of BA wasn’t until 8pm.
The apartment is spacious, bright and clean - just as on the photos
Our sheets and towels were changed during our stay, toilet roll and kitchen paper were topped up (great service as we don’t usually get this if we stay in an apartment through AirB&B)
The free breakfast is very nice in a local cafe - ten choices to choose from
The opportunity to use the laundry amenities (host gives free detergent and fabric softener) was a big bonus

There was good communication with the hosts prior to arrival on how to get to the accommodation and also on the day of arrival. We were able to leave luggage until we could check in. The apartments were very spacious, and the access to pool and gym were a plus. The inclusion of breakfast was very good too

Very beautiful place to stay in a really nice aera ( San Telmo). Everything is close, there's a lot a of fun little bars et restaurants near by. We arrive almost at 2 am and there was someone waiting for us, wich was very nice. They accomodate us with a baby crib and had made the bed from the couch when we arrive, which we really appreciate. We could left our suitcase safe on our last day after check up. There is a beautiful rooftop that we enjoy with the kids.
