The bed and the couches were very comfortable. The view of the pool was pleasant. The room and hallway were very clean. The bathroom was nice and showers were hot which I enjoyed.

Excellent location! We loved the neighborhood and close proximity to everything we needed, including Dadeland Mall, which is basically right around the corner. It was safe to walk around if you didn't want to drive. The staff was always very helpful, polite, and pleasant. They accommodated our many deliveries (although we were anxious because of the open/close office hours and not being certain if the deliveries would make it in time). There was an issue with one of the shower heads and the maintenance technician can almost immediately and fixed it. That also deserves a big thank you!

Nothing at all. Bad smell everywhere mainly from the carpets and bathrooms. Loud noise the whole staying and rude staff.

The location is fantastic! The area is super nice, close to campus and several beautiful restaurants and bars. I have lived in South Miami before (best place to live for me!), and I am very happy there is a place I can stay in when I go back. The room is perfect, the bed is very comfortable, and it's provided with everything you may need (beach towel, umbrella, etc.). The laundry room is an extra very much appreciated. Self-check-in is easy, and the system used to lock/unlock doors is clever and safe. I had a great stay. Recommended!
The apartment was so spacious it definitely exceeded my expectations . It had all the amenities u could think of, all working properly. The shower was fine the befs with huge and comfy the sofa as well! The aircon was super easy to use. The balcony was great. Extra pillows and covers werw given there was so much storage space ans basically walk in closets. It was 10min walk to a train station to take you to the centre of miami. Great food spots suggested by the hotel, friendly staff - really cant complain
Everything! Facility Beautiful, Very Clean, sanitizer and wipes available at stations. Staff absolutely the Best! Very Kind and helpful. Restaurant in hotel was Wonderful, food was Amazing!! Best wings ever! Rooms Very clean, Comfortable, Cool, Nice TV, Spacious bathroom/shower, LOVED the magnified mirror, Nice safe in closet-easy to use, plugs where needed. Pool was big and very nice including jacuzzi, nice bathroom outside of building. Starbucks and self-checkout store was a huge hit.
The breakfast was good with a variety of options, however the breakfast area itself is very congested and not enough tables to sit. The gym was also nice although small. Pool/hot tub area was nice however the one night we wanted to go in the hot tub a man was sitting out there with a huge cooler of alcohol. The hotel is in a great location.
I absolutely loved the location. The building was very clean and quiet. The best location ever, close to everything. I traveled alone and felt very safe. Loved the way that noone could just get in the elevator and hit the up buttons without having an access key - the best thing ever.
Booked the room for a college tour, very close to the University of Miami. The staff was very friendly. Several didn’t speak English but we managed. Overall you can tell the rooms were clean. The hotel is in walking distance of an outdoor mall.
Was there to visit relative at the Kendall Baptist Hospital. It was so convenient to have hotel on the property. The shuttle taking us to and fro was great as I had my 82 year old sister with me. Beds in room was big and comfy.
Excellent hotel the only issue was the night we checked in both my sons told the person good night and she ignored them that had my sons shaken up a bit but we talked it out . Other than that the hotel is boss we love it
It was easy to get to, clean but was primarily a business hotel, or for the huge hospital that was next to it. Good location for airport, or the Dadeland Mall. Only there one night, ate in the bar, which was fine.
Friendliness of staff stayed on two occasions remembered us.

Breakfast was good. A nice selection. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean which is a key for me. The room had plenty of pillows, extra blanket and the iron worked.
Room exceeded our expectations. Hotel location was a plus and overall the look of the hotel was that of a new hotel. Not sure if it has been recently remodeled.
