Lauderdale , it is a restful oasis moving at a pace all its own.....don’t miss the Sawgrass Mills Mall ! or Flanigan’s Restaurant on Weston Rd. which is really worth a visit-or 2!! The fact the Cleveland Clinic Florida is centered there makes it perfect!- a top notch clinic, hospital and emergency room with top notch physicians and staff, that is very patient-centered. Between Hotel-offered shuttle services, public transportation, taxis and Uber/ Lyft you shouldn’t have any problem getting to where you want to be!

I took my kids with a friend of their time to the Florida keys. My friends were down also we had boat access and fishing. We got to play with a new fish grouper. That was a amazing experience. Sumbro beach was fun. Kids got to find Coral in the water as a keep sake. I took the boys down to key west for a day of bike riding. Mel Fischer museum was amazing. A must see. Most southern point also. I would likely go back in a few years.
The touring scenic Capitol of Florida is exceptional gorgeous!!! Wakulla Springs is where the original Tarzan was filmed...and the glassy boats is a MUST see experience you will never forget!!!
My experience with Clearwater Florida was awesome as far as the attractions. My hotel stay However was a horrifying experience! So next time I am definitely going to pick a better Hotel so that I can stay a whole lot longer.
It was great! Florida City was exciting and in the middle of things. We ate at Denny’s the food and wait time was great! and we saw that apart from Denny’s there was so many things to and see and do.And of course we loved the fact that we were close to the Keys. And the Crocodile farm was great Too!
Beautiful beaches, water and piers. Friendly people. I love how people are proud of their beaches and keep them clean. Awesome that there are rinse off showers available everywhere. And I appreciate the fact that there was no driving on the beach, and no trash. Makes it a wonderful place for visitors. So proud to have gotten to spend time in Pensacola Florida!!
Pretty much shuts down at 9pm. But it's a lovely little place. Very clean and old Florida. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Plan to return.
It’s “ Old Florida”. Had a great meal at Sparkys(kind like Cracker Barrell, without all the merchandise)), and theBlackwater Inn is right across the river. Juniper, Silver Glen and Salt Springs-are all close.
Florida stay for a week, we booked 2 rooms. The rooms were tidy, carpet appeared to need a shampoo or old/replaced. The room services was prompt when asking for more towels or to tidy our rooms. The one thing I felt could have made a big difference was the coffee maker in the room. It was old, and did not work very well & the coffee provided was a mystery. All in all the hotel was not my favorite especially if your wanting the amenities, but it was not the worst. Hotel just needs to be updated!!
Kissimmee
Nothing! I slept safer and more comfortable when I was deployed to Iraq. The bed was terribly old and uncomfortable. I discovered nasty diapers and beer cans in the parking lot. Too noisy and I only got 3-hours of sleep. I should not have used Hotel to book this room. They offered a continental breakfast but I did not want to risk my health, so I ate elsewhere. As a Veteran leader of 90,000 Veterans and an inductee of the Florida Hall of Fame, I will get this word out to protect others.
Clearwater
Rooms are clean. Central location to Clearwater a few miles from the beach or downtown shopping and restaurants nearby. Hotel is a little outdated but for the value it’s clean and I said hotels weekly so this one was perfect right now for the price since it’s spring training in Clearwater Florida and most hotels on here are very expensive right now because Philadelphia is in town overall I would stay here again I had no problems with my two night stay here
St. Augustine
The location is great....just off of l-95. As for the Breakfast- there was only bagged fruit with granola bars and bottled water. It's not the Hotels fault It's because of the Covid 19 pandemic. However, it is less expensive in Kissimmee, Florida with all of the Attractions!!! And yet St.Augustine ( in that area) where there is Nothing around....is priced way more expensive???!!!
I really love the Hotel. The room are spectacular and staff is on point. Definitely will visit again. Hotel very clean. Didn't have any problems. Honestly, I went to many hotels in my entire life, but this hotel captivated me the most. This is the perfect home away from home place to stay in Florida Saint Augustine! The staff, amenities and location were just what I needed.
The room was clean and comfortable. And quiet. Management & and staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was great, right on the water with a beautiful beach just steps away. And given the oceanfront location, it was a real bargain. I'll be a repeat customer and I highly recommend the Prestige Hotel in Vero Beach, Florida.
Amelia Hotel is a terrific "old Florida" beach hotel that has been nicely maintained and updated. As the hotel property nearest the ocean in that area, it is especially well-suited to beach lovers. Our balcony room provided a nice view of the ocean, which is always worth a few dollars more!
Kissimmee
The Monte Carlo was a great stop on my way through Florida. It was very clean and quite and the price was perfect. I may be back in a month to play some golf and soak up some Sun. It's a great Hotel you won't be disappointed.
Marco Island
Nice partial ocean view room, pillow top beds, nice decor. Marble bathroom. Hotel on beach, just have to walk out back door. Choice of self parking or valet. Hated to leave and go to another booked destination in Florida!
Key Largo
Great place to stay. Cute cottages, beautiful grounds, a real Florida feel - just feet from the water and sand. Not a Hotel chain, and that made all the difference for a real Florida Keys experience.
Destin
Apartment was great kitchen stocked with everything needed. Location was great with a balcony overlooking the white sand beach of Destin Florida. This apartment came with beach service!
Location was awesome. Hotel was comfortable, clean , and what you would expect from a Florida Hotel. The area was within walking distance to restaurants and stores.
We were in Florida to watch 4 Braves spring training games. Hotel was in excellent place for us. Stop light right at hotel exit/entrance so easy to get into.
Booked because of possible hurricane. Hotel advertised high ramping up of cleanliness, social distancing, and a mask policy due to COVID-19 in Florida.
Lake Worth
Staff was very friendly. Outside of the hotel was clean and charming in a classic Florida 1960s kind of way. Hotel was also quiet during my stay.

This is an old Florida Hotel brought up to today standards. Very cute and clean. Decorated sorta Moroccan style.
