It was clean and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Our fridge wasn’t working, they replaced it and paid for lost food. Hotel lost power in a storm and the comped that night on their own.
It’s close to everything in new caney and safety is a must! I am sure I’ll highly recommend it! It’s pet friendly since I am a mother of 9 dogs! Although they didn’t came with me but I’ll make sure my friends are aware! Also it’s extremely clean and everyone is so polite. Thank you so much for having me here more than a week straight PSA there’s coffee available 24/7 for all my coffee addicts like myself. Thank you again
I love it when breakfast is served hot. Mattress is firm, room is clean and spacious. It was a bonus that I got a room on the 3rd level which is far away from all the noise. Hotel is centrally located, 15-20 mins from IAH and close to the facility that I was visiting. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Will definitely come back for future visits.
Friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't great, but better than many. It was quiet. Pet friendly. Easy and quick access to go in and out with my pet. We weren't charged a deposit or extra fees pet night for our pets, unlike the last hotel we stayed at and will never return which was booked and reviewed on here.
Room was big, Pool was clean, One front clerk was very helping on directions and which companies delivered to the hotel. She was very friendly.Plenty of towels in the bathroom.
Breakfast good. Location sucked. impossible to find using Mapquest. You should say on your web site that it is behind the La Quinta. Nightmare to locate.
