Super nice place! The Woodlands is a beautiful area close to downtown Houston. The hotel itself is just wonderful. It has a large pool where you can actually really swim! Everything super clean. And spacious! Complementary parking outside the hotel. A bed that embraces you. Beautiful bathroom. Excellent complimentary WiFi. Really yummy breakfast for $14 extra. Nice hotel, well located. Exercise equipment was fine but that’s not why we were there. I’d rather have had extra coffee in the room and breakfast of some kind. We enjoyed the stay and will certainly consider it again. 😊

We were there because my husband was having cancer scans the next morning. We traveled 5 hours to get there so we really were not interested in anything else that evening. We did find that there were a number of good restraunts nearby. And we were very close to M D Anderson for his appointments the next morning. We were told they have one coming to Houston soon. I hope so. Our favorite hotel there is in a slow decline.

They have so much to offer from dining to shopping , paddle boats, walking, everything was clean , very clean and very family friendly. We even had a scavenger hunt at the splash pad. Everything was well lit and beautiful

The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants . The entrance to the hotel was had to spot but is right off the interstate so it was easy to access the interstate just watch the traffic because it is very heavy in the area of the hotel.
Perfect location if attending a concert at the Woodlands. The hotel is in upscale area & is surrounded by great places to shop. (There is a Kendra Scott store directly across from the hotel.) The area is clean, populated, patrolled by Security, & well-lit after dark so you can travel by foot without looking over your shoulder. The hotel itself is elegant, staff are friendly & welcoming, & the bar is fabulous. One of the few places I've stayed that carries Don Juilio 1942....and Drybar hairdryers in the guest rooms...
The approach to the hotel is amazing, when you enter the hotel it seems to open up and very welcoming and the room is a very good size, looks modern and with the necessary amenities. Staff were very friendly, they make us feel comfortable and go the extra mile. Location is great as well with restaurants and the free nearby street parking was very welcome. I could go on and on......fantastic stay all round.
Room 144 upon returning from event there was a bug issues roaches, as one was climbing across the bed so I reported incident to Gabriel over night Shift Saturday round midnight-1am and I ended up sleeping in my car and driving back home at daylight. The guy that works upon check in was Jay and he was extremely rude when I followed up on reimbursement for a room I never slept in
The location of the hotel was perfect. The room was decent. The bed and our location of room was perfect. Everything else sucked, especially the staff! Even though we were right next to the office, they didn't clean our room. The thing that was the worse is our toilet wasn't working and we gave them a full day and they didn't come fix it. I asked about again and they got rude.

I love how the bathroom had a shower only, we had a minor issue with one of the staff members I guess she was having a ruff day but overall the staff was awesome. it was also close to everything.

No breakfast was served. Hotel tried to charge my card for extra money. Even the manager from the Denny's next door tried to charge my card I had on file with the hotel. Even the police had to be called. I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Checking in and out was a breeze. The hotel itself was conveniently located along I-35 so it was very easy to access most of my destinations. The room itself was cozy and clean.
This is a great location, especially if you are attending a concert! You cam walk to the Pavillion from the hotel and there are so many good restaurant's nearby!
