We used the airport shuttle which made it very convenient to stay at Holiday Inn. We dined at the restaurant which had great service and nice food. Also the breakfast was tasty and convenient. I want to point out the great service that Cheyenne gave us on the shuttle pickup and checking us in. They were short handed but she went above and beyond.

Shuttle service was cancelled and I was not informed until I phoned the hotel after waiting almost an hour. Even the taxi drivers and airport staff were not aware that the shuttle had been cancelled. Had I waited any longer I may not have been able to book in as I found out that the night porter finished at 23:00hrs. Very disappointed with the information provided by the change. I’ll not be using them again after many years.

We were not there long enough to make any real comments on this hotel. They did recommend a restaurant across the street which was exceptionally good. Italian in design and superb in foods served.
We were only passing through that evening after a long air flight and found this hotel by accident.

Good place to stay next to the Airport, shuttle van was on time and the drivers courteous. Besides the hotel restaurant no other places to eat were close by. The Restaurant needs more variety of foods.

Neat and clean. Just what I needed for an overnight stay. I checked in at 7pm and checked out at 4:15 am. Staff was friendly. They offered a free shuttle to the airport, which I took. I’d definitely stay there again
1) There is much too much Noice from the highway. We could not sleep with truck and motor cycles zooming by all night. Much better window insulation is needed.
2) On the Priceline web site this location was advertised as "HAVING A SHUTTLE BUS' TO THE AIRPORT. There was ans is no bus. EXTEMELY and DELIBERATELY MISLEADING!!! We would never have selected this hotel had we known.
Management knows about this, but obviously benefits from it, but HILTON does not if it lets this knowingly false advertising stand.
The breakfast was really good. Staff kept everything clean. The staff was very friendly. From the time we arrived to the time we left. We had one issue there and they fixed it immediately. The room was nice and clean.
The location was greats. It’s next to a convenience store right next to us and more surrounding stores. There was a short distance to most of the places we were going. Absolutely love everything about this hotel and staff.
I absolutely loved everything about this hotel, literally except one thing. The only reason why this isn’t #1 on my list is because of the bathtub being dirty upon my arrival and check in. I actually don’t even know if it was dirty or really badly stained, but I do know it was gross to look at. Other than that, the staff, the breakfast, and the cleanliness of the room in its entirety was a perfect 10/10.
Very clean facility. The front desk lady was amazing and gentleman at night was equally exceptional. I was very impressed with the whole place. The breakfast was great, it was replenished frequently, and tasted great. I’ve had terrible experiences lately at hotels but I will always book this place when I’m in the Houston/Humble area.
Great hotel near the airport, food in restaurant BY U.S. STANDARDS ....OUTSTANDING...YOU COULD EAT IT ,HOT , TASTY, WELL PRESENTED AND STEAK COOKED TO PREFECTION . Close to the airport with quick shuttle transport, big & comfortable room, slept like a daisy in the bed and AC worked properly. Only stayed one night to catch early flight and this hotel was perfect for that.. Breakfast was basic but enough to grab a little snack before leaving.

There was a shuttle from the Hotel to the Airport and Breakfast for folks on the go. Location is near a shopping mall / shopping center which certainly helps if you need any essentials if you have a vehicle to go around the area.
