The staff is very friendly and nice. We ate the dinner at their facility, and it was amazing. They served so many dishes and too much:))) They brought so much tasty food. The location is a nice and very lovely view on the mountains. I spend there one more night if I go again. I definitely recommend their dinner. It is like a homemade turkish food. Very nice hotel, a combination of 7 mansions, looking out over the Monastary Valley. I nice 5 km hike which you can do in the morning to visit the underground city and multiple churches. Beautiful. The hotel also has a restaurant which serves simple and delicious Turkish food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is available.

The pictures do not do justice- the hotel is much more beautiful in real life! The hospitality is incredible, you feel like a dear guest, not a client. Home cooked breakfasts and dinner were absolutely delicious. So was the food in the recommended restaurant. All the suggestions about our itinerary were super helpful. We were sorry to leave!

The staff was wonderful and welcoming willing to help in whatever way possible. They gave us a ride back to the city at a reasonable rate. Room has a rustic look. Good for taking pictures. The room had a space heater which was needed as the weather got cold. Great bathtub. Easy access to hiking trails.

The best thing in this hotel was a free walking tour with Tarek (I hope I name our guide correctly). He spent a whole day with us showing main attractions, and we enjoyed his knowledge of the area and attitude.
Hotel staff is trying to do their best to please their guests . Beds are fine, and our room was super spacious, but due to its size probably it was very cold inside
